Consent to Personal Data Processing of Clients — Individuals

By filling in an application on www.umf-agency.ru the User gives his/her Consent to personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the «Consent»). The User also acknowledges that he/she acts freely, of his/her own will and for his/her own benefit, as well as confirms his/her legal capacity. The User hereby gives his/her Consent to UMF agency LLC (Taxpayer Identification Number 7805691160) (hereinafter referred to as the «Company») located at: St. Petersburg, Mezhevoi channel, 4/A, office 323 197701, to process his/her personal data on the following conditions:

1. The present Consent is given to process personal data both by using automation equipment and without it.
2. The Consent is given to process my following personal data: Personal data other than special or biometric data: contact telephone numbers; e-mail addresses; place of employment and job position; user data (location data; OS type and version; Browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; source the user used to get to the website; the site or the advertisement the user followed to get to the website; OS and Browser language; pages the user opens and buttons he presses; ip-address).
3. Personal data is not regarded as the public data.
4. The purpose of personal data processing is to process incoming requests from individuals in order to provide consulting services; analyze individual actions on the website and review the website performance; carry out e-mail marketing campaigns and send newsletters.
5. The grounds for personal data processing are the following: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; the Charter of the Company; the present Consent to personal data processing.
6. During the personal data processing the following actions will be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); retrieval; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
7. Personal data is processed until an individual opts out of email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Personal data processing can be terminated upon request from the personal data owner. Storage of personal data available in hard copy is performed in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ “On Archiving in the Russian Federation” and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archiving and archive storage.
8. The Consent can be revoked by the personal data owner or his/her representative by sending a written request to the Company or its representative to the address indicated above.
9. In case the Consent to personal data processing is revoked by the personal data owner or his/her representative, the Company is entitled to continue the personal data processing without the personal data owner consent subject to grounds specified in Clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006.
10. The present Consent is valid all the time until termination of personal data processing as per Clauses 7 and 8 of the present Consent.
